Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the application process take? +
Most domestic applications are assessed within 10 business days of receiving all required documents. International applications may take 2–4 weeks due to additional verification requirements. You'll receive email updates at each stage.
Can I apply to multiple programs at once? +
Yes. You may apply to up to 3 programs in a single application for a flat fee of $75. Each program application is assessed independently and you may receive offers for more than one.
Are there online or part-time study options? +
Many of our postgraduate and coursework programs offer part-time and/or online delivery. Undergraduate programs are primarily full-time on campus, though a select range offers part-time pathways. Check individual program pages for delivery modes.
What if my ATAR is below the minimum? +
Don't be discouraged. We offer several alternative pathways including our Foundation Studies program, Diploma entry with guaranteed progression, mature-age entry, and TAFE credit pathways. Contact our Admissions team to discuss your options.
How do I apply for a scholarship? +
Most scholarships are assessed automatically when you submit your program application β€” no separate application needed. Some competitive awards (e.g. Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship) require an additional statement of achievement. Check the Scholarships page for details.
